Victoria Gardens

Victoria Gardens is a 160-acre lifestyle center that combines the best traditions of Western American town centers with the social and planning needs of the 21st century. Retail, office, residential, civic and cultural uses are placed within an urban experience based on a traditional main street environment. The landscape framework features a grid of local streets and sidewalks with a town square, plazas, paseos, and parks distributed throughout the downtown district. Street trees are planted in beds of native shrubs and groundcovers helping to recall the garden heritage of the project. Internal streets further enhance the urban experience of guests and provide convenient parking closer to storefronts. With the capability to close off individual streets, several music events and seasonal farmer’s markets routinely occur throughout the year.

Surrounded by active restaurants, shops, an interactive fountain, and large event lawn; the Town Square serves as the symbolic heart of Victoria Gardens. Located just north of the Town Square is the new city library and cultural center. With this distinctive mix of cultural facilities set within a retail center, Victoria Gardens is a unique lifestyle destination with Southern California.
