Palm Court is an existing 2-acre mixed-use office campus with dated landscape and little outdoor seating and amenity space for employees. EDGEland proposed to remove some of the underutilized landscape in the central area in favor of creating a large amenity space that features seating, ping pong, pool table, and an outdoor fire pit. To help provide shade for this area, and improved pedestrian scale, a large tensile canopy hovers over the space supported by columns and down lights along the perimeter.
