Pacific Arts Plaza

EDGEland began with a thorough study and inventory of existing conditions including circulation patterns, infrastructure performance, plant palettes, and hardscape materials. The resulting plan created a strong framework that highlights the project and building entries and simplifies circulation to create a strong pedestrian connection from one side of campus to the other. Several outdoor seating areas of varying sizes feature outdoor T.V’s, electrical outlets for laptops and phones, and lounge seating that extends employees work space into the surrounding campus landscape.

The Pacific Arts Plaza is an existing office campus with over 780,000 square feet of premier office space in four high rise and mid-rise buildings next to the renowned Segerstrom Center of the Arts and South Coast Plaza. The existing landscape was dated and did not provide desirable outdoor amenities for office workers. In an effort to modernize this distinctive property EDGEland was commissioned to create outdoor seating and amenity areas to help create a compelling landscape identity for future leasing and re-branding efforts.
