Adam’s Terrace will provide 48 units of affordable senior housing within the historic West Adams neighborhood southwest of downtown Los Angeles.  Several outdoor amenity areas will create a unique living environment that promotes active community gathering within a lush garden atmosphere.  The landscape is designed to buffer outdoor activities from the surrounding units and define multiple program areas.  Community programs include an outdoor movie theater, outdoor kitchen and communal dining tables, individual garden plots, and quiet garden reading rooms.
