Located in west Los Angeles along the active Santa Monica Boulevard, a large surface parking lot has been transformed to provide over 50 units of supportive housing to seniors and veterans who were formerly homeless. Constructed primarily of prefabricated modular units, the building provides needed housing for the most vulnerable in the community. Several outdoor amenity spaces have been designed to provide an active social gathering area for residents. Large community rooms at both the street level and roof level open up to outdoor seating areas that offer additional opportunities for social interaction. A dog park, community gardens, and outdoor dining areas provide residents with a diverse offering of amenities surrounded by a lush California native garden landscape.
